As part of a Europe-wide study, over 30 years ago 30,000 men and women in Norfolk were recruited into the EPIC-Norfolk study to understand the link between behaviour and disease. Since then, thousands have continued to contribute their health data, furthering our understanding of how diet and physical activity and other behaviours influence the development of cancer, heart attacks, strokes, arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, Alzheimer’s and more.
