Improving business performance using roadmapping

Businesses looking to improve performance and adopt new technologies can benefit from bringing structure to their decisions through the power of ‘roadmapping’. Cambridge researchers have adapted this structured visual method to support GKN, a Redditch-based multinational automotive and aerospace components business which subsequently developed three new companies; and John Hogg Ltd in Manchester, which then reallocated £1.4 million worth of R&D investment to focus on key growth areas.
