Building strategic plans with partners to save lives at sea

Making the most of technological developments forms a core component of how the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) aims to halve the number of accidental coastal deaths by 2024. RNLI worked with Cambridge’s IfM Engage on a project that blended training and consultancy, facilitating workshops and strategic roadmapping. This built in-house expertise and helped identify emerging technology that could contribute to RNLI’s vision of a world where no-one drowns.
