Reducing the gap in health inequalities across England

Where you live can have a huge impact on your health. Researchers at the Bennett Institute have provided a finely grained picture of what this geographical divide means in terms of worsening life expectancy, child obesity and prevalence of lung cancer, as well as factors like the number of GPs, fast food outlets and green spaces. Their findings provide the evidence for policies to close the widening health inequalities across the UK.
