The Strategic Business Growth (SBG) programme at Cambridge Judge Business School helps companies take advantage of growth opportunities within their own business context. By combining coaching by seasoned practitioners, deep engagement with academics and a reusable toolkit, the programme has helped 46 businesses across the UK, including Peterborough-based law firm Taylor Rose TTKW, which used the growth plan framework to forecast £20 million consulting revenue.
