Many rural and coastal communities around the UK face challenges resulting from people moving away, an ageing population and a scarcity of resources. Helen Haugh has been working with an island Trust in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland to understand how people working together can revitalise communities. More widely, her work provides practical insights for communities interested in sustainable community entrepreneurship.
