Making healthy, sustainable food accessible to all

Birmingham is a city with an enormous diversity of culture and food. But in this city of 1.2 million people, and across the nation, the food we eat is creating huge challenges for our health, our environment and our climate. The Mandala Consortium led by Cambridge are working with partners in Birmingham to generate evidence and co-develop interventions to help create urban food systems that can provide fairer access to healthier and more sustainable food for everyone.
